Toilet urgency immediate after having food.

Try this and avoid this trouble . Don't sleep on stomach. Strictly sleep on back only. Don't drink water after having meals at least for 1 hour. Strictly avoid cold drink. Specifically for diabetes people please avoid alcohol. Dear friends do some yoga in the morning at least kapal Bharti and aulom vilom. Let us know your experience.
