scarlet fever

My daughter has scarlet fever. she has bright red rosy hue to the skin; throat bright red; strawberry tongue. she is active eating very well and no swelling to the gland.

plz let me know what can i give her.

please give her belladonna 30 twice a day for 3 days.

One dose means 2 drops or 2 pills.

i am giving her belladonna with apis as she has swelling in her face too...now her whole body has a rash her face is no longer red on the left side but the rash is still there...

how can i know if she id improving? she is active but her face is still swelling. her body is still red not her face though. shall i give her antibiotics?

You should see a doctor immediately. If Scarlet Fever gets out of hand, it becomes very dangerous.

You have not mentioned your daughter's age. Furthermore, you should have let Belladonna work. It covers pretty much everything, although 2 doses a day were not sufficient.

she is 5, i was giving her belladonna every 1 hour with no results ...i gave her oil or origano and some of the rash started to go...but then again and out of fear I guess i gave her the antibiotics for first time in her life...thanks for your advice
