Left submaxillary gland swollen

I recently treated myself for allergies with Silica 30c.

My primary symptoms were extreme itching in my throat especially at the opening of my left ear canal. I also had violent sneezing episodes. My eyes were unaffected.

Those symptoms passed quickly and left behind a swollen left submaxillary gland that is a little painful and that is bothersome. I also can feel lumps under my armpits (both) that are not bothersome. My upperback/neck are almost always stiff and I have left-sided sciatica that comes and goes along with what feels like pressure on the left side of my bladder.

I am a 33 yr old female, 5'10', 145lb, fair with green eyes.

I am gluten and dairy intolerant but I crave butter and salty foods, hot drinks.

The pressure the swollen gland puts on my trachea is worrisome but I tend to be anxious. I wonder if I have some terminal illness and will die shortly.

So here's my question: should I keep taking Silica or should I do something else?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
PL stop Silica
Pl take Merc Sol-200 (200c) 6 pills twice a day for 10 days and then give feedback

Okay. Good idea. I had a problem similar to this two years ago that cleared with Merc Sol. I'll let you know how it goes.
