The ABC Homeopathy Forum

dr nawazkhan please help!!!!

my dog is suffering from anal gland abscess for 2 months now.

i gave him myristica 200c a month ago which discharged some of the pus and gave him some relief. after that i gave him silica 6c for 5 days to discharge the pus but the opening got closed. So i gave him another myristica 200c dose the abscess opened slightly then i gave him hepar sulph 6c but abscess closed again.

2 days ago i gave him hepar sulph 1M and his abscess shrunk a little. after that it
aggravates the problem. So i gave him myristica 200c 2x for
3 days, the abscess drained but stopped today.
please help
what medicine should i buy?

'the abscess drained but stopped today. '
What was the exact color of drained material?

nawazkhan 9 years ago
i don't know the exact color but when he passed stool it had blood on it and stool colored watery liquid on it.

ceaser 9 years ago
So, what makes you think that the abscess drained? Please shed some light on this. The color of pus will point to the correct remedy at this time.

Please no more remedies must be given.

nawazkhan 9 years ago
At first he was unable to pass stool for 2 days, now he is able to pass stool and the anal glands are less swollen then before.

when i gave him myristica 200c a month ago the discharge was transparent with blood in it.

It could have get mixed with stool this time.
i'm not sure about that.

Hi,

Please wait and see for a couple of days. Watch the color of pus. Is there any bleeding now?

nawazkhan 9 years ago
only when he passes stool there is couple of drops of blood on it and the pus is yellowish/brown colored and its thick.

should i stop merc sol 200c?

can i give him belladonna 200c for the pain?

'should i stop merc sol 200c?'
Yes

'can i give him belladonna 200c for the pain?'
No

Please wait for one more day. Let the remedy do its job.

Describe the pain issue in detail.

nawazkhan 9 years ago
ok i will wait.

He passes stool with pain because of the inflammation
and he find it difficult to sit comfortably. Also he won't let me wipe it off.
And this pain is from the start.

dear nawaz,

I have given him the remedies for 5 days. The redness has reduced. The swelling has not reduced even a bit and it is making it hard for him to pass stool.

dear nawaz,

'So, there is no pus at all?'
int the stool - no.

'Has the pain been reduced?'
not really. his sensitive to touch has increased. i don't think his pain would reduce until his swelling go away.

'Please give Ferrum Phos 200C, 2 times a day, for 5 days'

when last time this remedy was given it had no effect on reducing the swelling, it had increased it a bit. It had made the area inflamed.
only merc sol 200c reduced the swelling a bit.

Sorry! I am not questioning you i am just concerned about my dog. its been 3 months and i am upset. i just want fast results.
