rheumatology problem

hi,

my mother is suffering from RHEUMATOLOGY having age 50yrs.
she is using allopathy as mentioned below

1.HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE SULFATE 400MG
2.LEFLUNOMIDE 10MG
3.PREGABALIN 50MG

the above drugs are working fine with little side efforts. so she want same equivalent medicine in HOMEOPATHY

Please suggest

Can she stop these medicines for a few weeks?

Can she bare the pain if she stopped taking these medicines?

My mother Stopped for few days after that she is not able to bare pain at joint
