lightheadedness ,MRI impression:suggestive of diffuse cerebral athrophy

i m 34 yrs old near bout 2 months back i noticed some feeling in my chest i constipation i went to doc he asked me for chest x rayn ECG,sugar cholestrol n triglycerides blood test n full abdomen ultrasonography at tht time my bp was 150/100.. After all the test my chest x ray was normal my ECG was under normal limit sugar ws 82mg/dl, cholestrol 187.00mg/dl,triglycerides395.00mg/dl.. Doc gave me lipiking F n asked to take for few months..after few day when i went to ultrasonography i ws tense cz they askd me for being empty for long i ws very tense n irritation i did the test n came bk home ate n went to bed bt i couldnt sleep.i ws falling asleep but use ti wake up wth few min as i use to feel something happening in my heart n chest i couldnt sleep whole night..in early morning my parent called a doc he said its hapoeing cz of high bp..i wsnt satisfied i went to another foc who use to see me he said same thing n gave some med including one for palpitation i ws getting panic attack cz i dint knw what happend to me..i calld him again n he said go n see a cardiologist i went to a cardiologist n he said same thing n have one tab for gas one tab for bp n one tab for sleeping in the night for 10 days i contind for ten days n went to him again he checked me again n changed the medicine mean while i use to get panic attack thn i realised i may suffering from anxiety disorder i searchd net for self help therephy as i ws getting panic attack i used b scared of eating drinking water scared of bathing..i tried to mak my self realise it nothing bt js my fear i practiced therephy n controld it..bt i ws still s ared weather i hav any serious heart disease i askd my cardiologist to advice my test to rule out any heart disease he adv my echo 2D n m dimension mode echo came normal..thn one day i realised i m feeling offbalance n while taking to ppl my mind is nt 100% fit there is sumthing missing in my brain i got worried again i searched net as i use to it to read bout every medicine i taking n my syptom its causes n treatment i got no gud answer..my search showed there cn b any reason for it i got worried whts the reason for my problm i kept feeling lightheadness n off balance n unsound mind i called my local doc he your body is weak n may b your brain thts why u r feeling lik ths eat properly n ear fruits n good diet u ll b okay i wsnt satisfied i called my cardiologist he said its general weakness n gave me stemetil md i searched bout tht med n got scared of side effect i called my local doc thn he said take verbet 16 twice a day i took it for a week nothing help i askd my local doc again he said see a good doc..i decided to see a neurologist n brain specialist i went to a gud neurologist he gave me few multivitamin n antioxident caps n adviced mri of brain n eeg..i went thru both n thn my mri came everything ws normal except sulci cisterns n ventricles is engalder n mri impression is suggestive of diffusive cerebral athrophy n my eeg is wth in normal limit..i searchd in net n my heart got broken cz thy say there is no cure for diffusive cerebral athrophy i es devasted cried a alot n felt my life is gona end i went to my neurologist n he said u hav nothing everything is normal.i became relax he gave two more med n oral glycerine i ask me to cm after a month m taking hs made for 14 days bt the prb is same..i searched net for homeopathy treatment for diffuse cerebral athrophy n i saw one case where its been treated by homeopathy i statrd feel i cn b normal again thts y m writing here if u cn help me sir pls m still havung lightheadedness n its killing me..
