Over masturbation and from childhood

I am 18 years old guy weighting 53kgs and my height have forgotten and I have to check.
From childhood i have been continously masturbating and now also am masturbating, somtimes 3-4 times a day.
*Now i am facing the ill effects of masturbation a lot.
*when I am at bed at night for sleep, I cannot sleep fast and I when I sleep I have dreams instantly, dont know why.
*I feel tired and fatigue whole day.
*sleepiness and dizzyness troubles me whole day and i dont feel energetic in my any work as before.
*my hairs are getting thinner day by day.
*the glow i used to have on my face has been replaced by dullness and eyes looks much smaller than what it used to be earlier
*From past 5 years I have acne on my face but it has become less now but is there still on my face.
*My skin has become rough and when I scratch on skin after mosquito bites or any bites it becomes black and doesnt heal fast, it takes many days.
* weakness in erection(though it erects but not as earlier).
* most importantly i now have very less self confidence and avoid people and therefore have less friends.
*I have eye floaters nowadays.
*I have tried to stop masturbation but I can do this only 1 or 2 day and again I repeat it the next day.
*My masturbation habit happens specially at night. When I try to sleep and lay on bed I have the urge to watch girl photos and porn videos and msturbate.
*I dont know the exact specification but my eyes has worsen and I m not able to see properly without spectacles.
*I have also become very skinny and thin, I have also lost my power and strength.
*At childhood was hefty and was muscular as told by my father but now is very thin and short in height.
*My brain power has also decreased very much, earlier I could concentrate and study but now not a bit and so I score low in exams and my humour sense has also gone.
*I am the shortest in college also.
*I also have the bad habit of eating junk foods like chips, cold drinks etc and masalas straight from packet like chat masala, maggi masala, etc.
*I have also the bad habit, I should say the badest habit of seeing girls and porn videos.Seeing these urges me to masturbate.
*I have very less thirst and drink very less water too.
*At childhood I used to take allopathy medicines but nowadays my father takes me to homeopathy doctor as he belives homeopathy is better but I have not told any doctor about my masturbation problem not even to my parents.
*From childhood I also have big tonsils and catch cold very fast as told by my father.
*I dont want my parents to know about these but wanna heal as I wanna make my parents proud by doing something constructive. *Kindly suggest me remedy to heal and stop tbe habit of masturbation and also stop the side effets of it.
*I wanna change myself and make my parents proud. I cannot trouble my parents more.
* I wanna heal so please help me doctors please.
*I am from India so kindly suggest the remedies available in Indian market.
