repeated intestinal worm infection

Hello i'm a 28 year old boy. I've been suffering of repeated worm infection for more than 10 years now. I've tried quite a few conventional homeopathic & allopathic remedies but nothing cured me forever!! All those medicines give temporary relief. I've many problems associated with it like crawling sentation & itching arround anus which occurs few times a week or once a week. whenever it get worse i also develoved symptoms like anxiety disorder, restlessness, gas, acidity, constipation etc. i don't know if this symptoms are related to worms but these symptoms only appears when i get severe worms infection otherwise i don't have issue among those. please help with a pefect remedy that can cure my problems forever!

1-In which country u live ?

take Santoninum 30c two times a day first dose half-an-hour before lunch and second dose half-an-hour before dinner.
do not drink and eat anything 15min before and after taking the medicine.
report back after 10days of taking medicine.
