I have a pilonidal cyst :(:(:(

My life for the past few months have took a really pause as I am not able to do anything with this cyst behind me. I was diagnosed with this earlier this year around May 2014, but due to the fact I had school and was really busy I never payed attention to it. All I had in my mind was to finish school and than have it lanced. I remember this starting up from my top left of crack being itch and than came a rash and after there was a small bump which dried up and than after it started to drain puss. so here I was in August Officially graduated from college and happy . In september I decide to go to emergency room to have it cut out and drained out thinking that would be it but was so wrong. At that moment i did not know Pilonidal cysts required a rectal specialist surgeon who makes a big hole behind your back to clean out everything. After i had my Incision at the emergency i was sent to nursing care for 2 weeks to have a tiny hole packed which was the size of a bullet. moving forward it was not healing and therefore i was finally sent to a rectal surgeon who looked at it and right away said there is nothing a nursing home care can do which will stop or cure this and right away he advised i needed a surgery. I opted in to surgery right away thinking it would be good as i was DESPERATE to resume my normal life. On the first week of November of 2014 i had my first pilonidal surgery and i felt a big relief off my chest hoping this is it now all i have to do is heal and I get my life back. It took 2 weeks for the pain to go away and it was finally starting to close and heal really good. I followed up with my surgeon who told me i can go back to work as it was healing really beautifuly. so last week i probably made the worse decision of my life. I went and drove a vehicle for work for some hours. By end of my work i rushed home to wash my wound which I wash 3-5 times a day. upon taking off the packing I noticed a reddish little pimple at the bottom left of my wound. It did not hurt but itched and right away i panicked. this pimple went away after a day but on the upper left slightly above my butt crack I now have a painfull bump and i can see the development of puss in the middle of this bump, to the right i still have my surgical wound which is still healing but now i have another bump to the left of it. It really hurts from inflammation and i can tell pilonidal is back. Im not sure about having a second surgery because there is a high reoccurrence rate since this thing came back within a month after the surgery. I am so depressed as i am really desperate to be healthy. Now I see the value of being healthy. I have looked for some remedies such as rubbing castor oil and than using baking soda mixed with white wine vinegar paste on top of the bump but I'm waiting for the wound to heal first before I try anything of this remedy. Is there a solution for this horrible problem or would it be beneficial to opt in for another painful surgery and try best to be careful this time ?
