Chronic Fatigue Sindrom !!!

Hello, my name is Iulian, I am 29 years old.
I have Chronic Fatigue Sindrom.
I have this problem for more approximately 5 or 6 years. It began with low fatigue, intense leg pain (not constant, alternating between intense and low pain) and a drop in mental energy.
In the last year things started to go much worse. All the symptoms aggravated 300% or more.
I have to mention that in my whole life I only had a few years in which I have been in a decent physical and mental shape. That was between 20 and 23, 24 (now I am 29).
Before the age of 20 I always had low energy, never been good at all in any sports, very week muscles, and a constant anxiety. I had been socially retarded and had problems in concentrating. I have been in a awkward family, my father was a violent man, my mother was a hysterical woman with pretty low iq and I have not been loved by any of my parents.
When I reached the age of 20 things changed (I was already in college). I did not noticed then, but now when I look back I realize that. Every thing started to go good for me, started to make friends, started dating womens (for a few years had been really good at this chapter), and then I had a long relationship with a girl. I started doing better in school. I began to practice sports and got myself in a really good physical shape. Everything was good from a physical and mental point of view.
When I reached the age of 24 things started to slowly go down again. Same as when they got good, I did not noticed until later.
In the last few years I have visited many doctors and none can find something wrong with me (from their point of view). I did a ton of tests and all were good.

Symptoms in the present moment:
Physical:
- Tired all the time, all day long (physically and mentally). I can barely walk a few hundred meters to buy me something to eat. I can't concentrate, I get dizzy from reading a few lines. My brain works at 15% of his former capacity or lower (I don't exaggerate).
- Bad sleep, takes me long time to go to sleep, I wake up tired. I go to bet around 3 AM to 5AM and wake up at 11AM to 2PM
- i urinate often during the day and sometimes wake up 1 time during the night to urinate or i am thirsty
- Pain in the lower part of my legs(muscles, not joints or bones), my legs feel heavy
- Lower back pain after I eat (it does not feel like bone or muscle pain, it seems to be in interior, some organ, maybe the large intestine). Also I have bloating after I eat. I used to have a lot of intestinal gases in the summer, now only a little).
- Very low energy ,anxiety, mental weakness (all the symptoms are agraveted) if I don’t eat for a few hours (3, 4 hours), but when I eat I have low appetite. After I eat I feel a little better(but still bad) , but not for long.
- Can’t go to sleap if I don’t eat
- The skin on my faces looks more dark/brown/gray (a few years ago it was very white and clean)
- I have dark circles under my eyes and I have a lot of tiny red veins on the white of my eyes
- My nails and hair grows very slow
- My nails look very bad, they are exfoliating at the base and I only have lunulas at my thumbs. I also have vertical stripes on all of my nails. My nails are brittle.
- Having this very low energy I also have low sexual energy and low libido.
- i lose and gain weight, but not a lot (I am 2.00 m/6feet 7in tall and 95kg/209lb) . One thing is certain, i lost a lot of muscular mass.
In the “good days” (once every few weeks) all the physical symptoms are gone (70%) and I feel very good compared with how I feel in a usual day.
Mental:
- In general very low mental energy, anxiety, OCD and I can’t use my brain properly for nothing, especially when socializing.
- Can't concentrate to do anything, i have short term and long term memory loss
- I have constant anxiety and I am nervous for no reason.
- I recall things from the past and I feel very angry/anxious about them and I can’t get them out of my mind for long periods of time. It feels like a have OCD too (I use to have OCD before the age of 20, but was not this bad).
- I also get anxious about things that didn't affect me directly and can't get them out of my had for days or more and sometimes i can't sleep because of this (this happens more rarely).
- I’m very anxious/nervous about the relation with my parents (hate them) especially in the last few years because I started to depend financially from them again (since I don’t have a job in the last year)

In the “good days” (once every few weeks) all the mental symptoms are gone (95%) and I feel very good compared with how I feel in a usual day. My brains feels very fast, i can read a lot, my concentration level in very high, I can socialize with no problem, I can dominate people in conversations and I’m very sharp at picking up social clues and at talking smart things. I can talk for hours.
This, compared with a usual day when I can barely speak a few words and I'm just numb.

Mentions:
- I am a smoker (20 cigarettes a day in the last 9 years)
- In the past I had bleeding in stool, bun now is very rare and just a little blood.


Sometimes i have 1 or 2 good days (at 2 to 4 weeks interval).
I have to mention that I have been to a homeopath and prescribed me “Natrium M and Lycopodium”. Actually, when I visited the homeopath I was in one of those good days. I took the remedy (started with Natr. M.) and felt good for 3 days(that was unusual because in general I had 1, maximum 2 good days). When I whas sitting in bed I just felt like my blood or something whas going up form my legs to my boddy and I was feeling better when that whas happening. After those 3 days I whas sitting in bet late at night again, I started to have anxiety again and felt how my blood (don’t know if it whas blood) whas going in reverse, from my boddy to my legs.


You probably guessed, today it some sort of good day because I can write all this. I could have never done it in a usual day. Actually, the day started bad, then I set in bed for 2 hours, I falled asleep for a few minutes and now I feel an little better (but not as better as I feel in a good day).

THIS IS NOT A PSYCHOLOGICAL ISSUE !!! I want to get good, I just can’t! I feel trapped in this, I just can’t get out of it.

Age=29, Male, weight: 95kg/209lb, hight: 2,00m/6feet 7in, athletic, face appearance: “Inverted Triangle or Heart Shaped Face”, country: Romania, occupation: civil engineer (i have worked in an design office, now I don’t have a job because of CFS)

There is no exact location, is everywhere. I don’t have a specific location for pain.
Sometimes my back hurts. I have Lower back pain after I eat (it does not feel like bone or muscle pain, it seems to be in interior, some organ, maybe the large intestine). Also I have bloating after I eat. I used to have a lot of intestinal gases a few months ago, now only a little).
My legs feel very heavy and a have a constant low pain in the lower part of my legs (muscles).
b)What exactly do you feel, Sensation as pain, how pain feels or burn etc.
The pain is not the problem, is the constant fatigue.
I feel a very accentuated physical and mental exhaustion.

c)What are the factors that causes this trouble according to you.
There is absolutely none. If you look at what I written in my first post i explained there the stages according to my age.

d)Condition under which the complaint is reduced or you feel better like,cold or hot application,cold or hot weather,position as standing,walking,rest etc.

Hot water makes me feel much better but just for a few minutes after the hot shower.

e)Condition under which the complaint is increased like,cold or hot application,cold or hot weather,position as standing,walking,rest etc.

Cold weather makes it worse, very cold weather makes it worse too.
When I sit down I feel like moving, when I stand I feel like sitting down. I’m always tired no matter what I do. If I walk more than 200m it gets worse.
I used to like cold weather, now no.

The skin on my legs (lower part, under knee) feel dry.
I have sometimes shortness of breath.
A few months ago my hair use to fall off, now its stopped.

Vitamins, amino acids, other nutritional supplements, no results.

2 time a day but I don’t enjoit very much, week erections, I mainly do it because I don’t have what else to do and I feel like crap.

Appetite is a little lower than is used to be. Thirst is higher.

I have to mention, i don't really care about what i eat, anything goes ok.
Alcohol makes me feel better for short periods of time when I drink in moderate quantities or high quantities.

Once a day, sometimes once every 2 days. Nature=normal, maybe a little too hard, rarely constipated or diarrhea. But i have this feeling that is not all going out and i spend a lot of time on toilet.
If sometimes (rarely) I drink a lot, the next day i have some type of diarrhea(not really diarrhea, just that the stool feels more satisfactory, more easy, like i eliminate more and the consistency is more soft than usual) , but after that i feel better, can't explain why, my stomach feels lighter and i feel better overall. Is like alcohol cleans my intestines or something. But i can't drink that much every day :)


b)Any discomforts associated with stool.
In the past I had bleeding in stool, bun now is very rare and just a little blood.

a)Frequency, nature, volume.
More frequently lately because i drink more water. Sometimes i wake up 1 time during night (after 4, 5 hours of sleep) to urinate. Volume seems normal. The urine is slightly colored, but looks normal, light yellow.

b)Any discomfort before, during or after urination/odour
No discomfort. The odour seems a little strong, but i'm not sure about that.

10. For men.
a)Any difference in erection/want of erection/weak erection/Ejaculation early/late.
Erection are softer, decrese lybido, the erection does not last as long. Ejaculation is not late or early but is in very small amounts and is 70% transparent liquid and 30% white. It used to be 5 times more sperm and 100% white.

b)Any other trouble in sex.
Yes, same problem as in all my life now. I get tired very quickly and i don't really enjoy it.

Sleep position= on my stomach (Freefall).
I rarely have dreams.

My feet have more sweat and odour compared with majority of people, but it always been like this.
In the summer my face sweats a lot. It always been like this, but now is worse.

I use to like cold weather. No I don’t.
I never liked very hot weather.
I always liked rainy weather in spring or summer time. It makes me feel better.
If is hot and high humidity i can't stand it, i sweat alot and I can not breathe. But usually in summer time is not that hot when is raining and the humidity is not that high.
I like foggy weather.
I guess i like humidity, but not in combination with very hot or very cold weather.
The sun makes my skin tan very quickly. I lose the tan very hard. I can say that my hands look more dark compared to the rest of my body all year long.
15. Mental Status

I have a bad relation with my parents since childhood.
In the last year i lost the connection with most friends because i feel too bad to go out with them.
Very low mental energy.

I had no sudden major incidents.
The only grief is related with the bad relations that i had and still have with my parents.
c)Memory,ability to concentrate/comprehend.
Very low. My short term memory was very high over average, my long term memory was normal. Now both are very low, i just forget a lot of things. I forget what i wanted to say in a conversation.
My ability to concentrate is very very low now, is like my brain has slowed down a lot.
d)Are you fearful of anything eg: Animals, people, being alone, darkness, death, disease, robbers, thunder, storm, high places.
No fear, just a constant anxiety about almost anything.

Yes, very anxious about a lot of things. I have a constant state of nervosity about just all things.

Yes.

Not very suspicious.

It use to be hard to hurt me, now i get easily offended. I react by being angry about it and I hate those persons.
The persons that i hate most are my parents. Beside them i don't really have a long term hate for anyone else.

Yes, but it used to be better in this way.

I have a moderate depression, but is just a secondary effect of my physical and mental exhaustion. So depresion is not the main issue here. Nobody can be happy having CFS.

I use to share them but at some point i just got tired of talking about them because most people don't leasen, some leasen but don't really care, and the few ones that leasen and care can't understand.
l)Effect of consolation.
Zero, does not help, how would help..
Exemple: if you have a bad tooth pain can it go away if someone is consolidating you? Don't think so..

m)Do you ever become suicidal when? How.
No, but is an option in the future if things got even worse.
n)Memory- quality if poor, for what ( eg. Names, places, people, what you read).
I forget over 90% of what happens in a movie that i saw a few months ago.
I forget thing that i use to be good at, like some settings at electronics. Anyway, i don't have the energy to concentrate to do that.
I don't forget name and places, but having this low mental energy is harder to remember easy things and it takes me longer and it feels like a struggle.

Last time i weep was at the age of 10 or 11. My retarded father used to beat me, and in a day i put myself in front of the mirror and i said to myself: "From today you are a man and men don't cry". So from that day i never cried (weep). That thing had some effect on my bastard father because it gives him least satisfaction when he beat me and it started to do it more rarely.
p)Are you easily irritated. What makes you angry, how do you express it.
Yes, easily, i just get angry about it.
q)Are you destructive.

Bad, i think 100 times and still i'm not decided

Sometimes alone, sometimes i like company but only with old friends, not persons that i barely know.

I have periods when i am concerned about uncleanness, but now my energy level is so low that i really don't care about this.
u)How does failure appear to you?
Failure.. everything is a failure right now because i can't do much, i function at under 10% mental and physical. If my overall energy level goes lower than now i'm really scared about my future, not that now is being any good.
v)Are there any matters that you deeply dislike?
Stupidity and ignorance all around me in general.
w)What activities you deeply like? How does it affect your mood?
I don't really have energy to do anything, so is really no activity that makes me feel better.

I'm not an affectionate person, but i am a compassionate person. I understand other peoples pain when others fail to do so.

Yeah, the fear that i'm not gonna get well.

Yes, to recover my health and to do a lot of things with my life.


VERY IMPORTANT: All this mental problems (“15 Mental Status”) are happening since i got sick. I used to be a very strong person a few years ago.

you are smoking a lot try to reduce it once a day and then every alternate day, otherwise your liver and blood toxicity will increase, decrease masturbation to once a week which is normal,

you have anxiety and fatigue and will take time in treatment, have confidence in yourself and faith in god,

take COLCHICUM AUTUMNALE 200c liquid, 2 drops in a tablespoon water, only 2 dose not more than that, not daily, 1st dose before sleep and next dose next morning after wakeup,

dnt eat or drink anything 30 minutes before or after medicine,

{if buying pills then 3 pills as one dose, 2 times, 1st at night and 2nd after wakeup, chew it, dnt swallow with water}

report how you felt in fatigue, confidence, sleep and mental freshness after 20 days of stopping the course,

also do some exercises like SURYA NAMASKAR (google it or youtube) 10 TIMES DAILY for proper blood flow in whole body,

Hello,
18 Days have passed since I took the remedy.
I have no improvement, nothing has changed.
I had 2 or 3 good days after 7 days from the moment I took the remedy. As I said earlier, sometimes I have 1 or 2 good days. Just before those 3 good days I took some Vitamin E (large doses), and then I had mild diarrhea dor 2 days.
I think that those 3 good days have more to do with the vitamin E and/or the diarrhea than it has to do with the homeopathic remedy. In my second post I said that when I have those stomach problems (mild diarrhea/soft stool then I feel somehow better for a period).
Lately I tend to believe that my problems derived from some sort of gut dysfunctions(my personal opinion).

Hello,
The 12 days have passed. The last 3 or 4 days I felt a little better, but nothing spectacular. The first 3 hours in the morning is still bad, after that I feel a little better for a few hours. Then, after 5 PM I feel really bad. If I fall asleep for 1 hour or 2 sometimes o feel a little better.
Overall is a little better, but I can’t say is a big difference, and only in the last 3 or 4 days. Of Course, it could be that is just one of those good days and could be just a coincidence, maybe it has something to do with the homeopathic remedy, maybe not.
What should I do next?!

I don’t know if I mentioned this, but I feel better from hot weather and feet massage, but only for a short period of time.
Also I have a thin voice, but in the days when I feel really good my voice tends to become more thick and deep, I can breathe deeper and can speak louder.
When I was 8, 9 years old I had boils on skin that use to appear once a year on different places on my body. I followed 2 treatments for that (I think they where some kind of vaccine). The second did the job and the boils stopped.

ok since your case is very chronic therefore much time will be required, i will also prescribe biochemic cell salts to you,

but all this needs to be done in gradual manner,


take COLCHICUM AUTUMNALE 10M liquid, 2 drops in a tablespoon water, only 2 dose not more than that, not daily, 1st dose before sleep and next dose next morning after wakeup,

dnt eat or drink anything 30 minutes before or after medicine,

{if buying pills then 3 pills as one dose, 2 times, 1st at night and 2nd after wakeup, chew it, dnt swallow with water}

Right now I can't find Colchicum 10 M in my country, I need to order it online from another country and this may take some time. Firstly i need to find a website that delivers the product to my country, after that to make the order online, and the whole process may take from 3 to 5 weeks. It is possible that I may not be able to procure it.
What should I do in this time. Should I take another dose of Colchicum 200 C?
Colchicum 200 C what I took so far was in pill form. Can i dilute them to achieve 10 M?

Hello,

I did how you said, i took a single dose.
In the first day, before taking the remedy, my tongue looks like: "White coating" (slightly less white compared with the tongue in the picture).
Small changes in 3 days, i could say that the white coating is slightly less visible (10, 15 % less), so hardly a visible change.
