Acute Help - Under the weather

Hi,

Can I get some help on my current acutes, I am male, 50yrs old?

I probably picked up a bug from a colleague who was sick at work, current symptoms are:
Fever 99.8deg F, lots of nasal discharge/ profuse; have to blow nose every few mins, seems acidic, colorless, sometimes watery and sometimes thick colorless, nasal passages very badly inflamed, more so on the right side, it hurts even on breathing. Sides of head and forehead hurts mildly but feels very congested, like to cover the head and tie with piece of cloth. The nasal discharge sometimes starts to drip if don't quickly get to a tissue paper. Body feels as if I have high fever with mild achiness/soreness in the legs. Mild chills even with a heavy sweater and blanket.

Thirst and appetite normal, energy level ok, it's just the head pains and nasal discharge which bothers.

Went to my allopathic doctor, did not have flu as per the test performed, was prescribed antibiotic and nasal spray and antihistamine which I have not taken yet, want to try to fix this with homeopathy.

I did take Ars Alb 30 since last 2 days ago when the symptoms started, did not help. Have taken Ars Alb 200 single dose 8hrs ago, don't know if this is the correct remedy... no improvemnt seen so far.

Thanks for the help.
