Dr. Nawaz: vision problem
I am 30 year female and have eye problem, my vision is declining really fast in last 2-3 months. suggest some med plus my hairs are turning grey, falls and dry too.thanks

7. Climate = Cold dry
8. List of your complaints = Eye sight is turning poor, i had my vision check last month where optician prescribed +2.5 power lenses, am using it now and then while reading but post that vision is going down gradually, my skin of hands and feet is also turning very dry and hairs are turning grey. I try to eat balance diet but sometime I eat less as am afraid to gain weight.

13. Tongue and Taste = spicy / salty

Please take Bryonia 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, One Time a day, for 3 days.
Also, get hold of Ruta 200C, Nux Vomica 200C and Euphrasia Officinalis 30C.

I wish to add some information that this morning i measured my blood sugar level and that was after one cup of tea so came around 143 which is very high and am worried of pre diabetic symptoms causing to dryness of my skin and blurry vision so am feeling like to record my diabetes as first thing in morning for 2-3 more days and then I'll get back to you.
Please suggest should I go ahead with taking these medications or wait till the 2-3 more blood sugar results?
Also suggest dosage and time for taking Ruta 200C, Nux Vomica 200C and Euphrasia Officinalis 30C.
