Urgent please help my 4 year old

Hi,

My four year old had severe congestion. When she sleeps i heard a whistle sound. So i gave her Antimonium Tart 200C and it subsided but her nasal congestion is still bad. She has not slept from yesterday. I gave her now Arsc album 30C. These were the medicines told by her old doctor and told me to use it whenever she gets cold / congestion. How many dose do i need to give? I forgot that. Can someone please guide me. Its been more than 24 hours since she slept. She is very tired.

Her symptoms:
She has nasal congestion (breathing through nose). It gets bad when we go to enclosed room.
Dry cough only when she tries to sleep. (When cold air such as fan kept infront of her).
Her hair is sweating inspite of being house being very cold.
Her eyes are red due to lack of sleep.
She wanted to cover her face / body always under blanket
Wanted to drink only warm liquid
Slight running nose.

No fever.

Please help asap.

1. Calc Carb-30 6 pills thrice a day for 3-4 days and then give feedback

Hello Sir,

I ordered calc car 30 since i didn't get in store. I am waiting for it. In the meantime my child condition is already worse now. She started vomiting from yesterday night nonstop. Including Pedialite (Electrol) she is throwing up. I am not able to call anyone since its midnight. Everytime she throws up lots of mucus is coming. What should i do? She is slowly getting dehydrated. Please help.

IF you have Ipecac-30 (30c), you can give 6 pills thrice a day for two days and then give feedback
