thin semen and erection problem.

i did masturbation since i was 13 year old. not from last 4 months i stop masturbation but no from 3 months i didnt feel erection in my penis and when i made it with hand it will only last long for 10 to 15 seconds. i am so much worried what can i do now ? and also my semen is dilute (like water) not thick.

kindly suggest me the medicine for my erection problem and for thin semen (dilute)
