children height problems

My nephew is not growing properly. He is 2.5 years old,his leg is very small compare to his upper body and his head is very large.i think his leg and head is not in right ratio.he is same as his mother,who short in height but father have normal height. His immune system is very weak .he always remain ill and he suffer from acne and many skin diseases.his palm and head always remain hot or give heat.he eats lot of sugar .he passed very hard stool with very bed smell. Plz suggest him a proper medicine

give him sulphur 30 one dose only and do not give him any other madicine. avoid all sour food and drink as they will antidote the medicine. the problem will take quite sometime for a cure. report every 3 days for the time being or earlier if there is any problem.
