Severe cough and fever my 4 yr daughter

Suffering since last 3 days.she gets this problem in winters.I am at pithoragarh uttarakhsnd which is quite cold in night and hot in summers.fever Max recorded abt 102 C reoccurs every 11 hours.she is on allopsthic mrdicene which controls fever.please help

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Belladonna 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects. If this doesn't help, give Pulsatilla 30.

Will belladona reduce her cough infection which is root cause of fever.also what's the dose, how many pills etc

usually Dr.kawa visit this forum once in 3-4 days and it is fever case that's why i am replying .
Yes belladonna will reduce her cough if it don't give one dose of Pulsatilla 30.Give her 5-6 pills.
