Pre-excitation syndrome

Hi,
Please guide me, I have gone for health checkup & my report showed me that I have pre-excitation syndrome.

This test was done 2 years back.
Stress test report: Achieved 94% of the resting ECG shows evidence of Prexcitation syndrome with stress ST depression in inferior and Anterior leads, good tolerance, no angina, normal haemodynamic response, stress test positive for reversible inducible ischemia, (false positive due to prexcitation syndrome).
After stress test I went for CT coronory angiography, every thing came out normal. (No colestrol, no calcium, blood pressure normal, no diabities) Please guide me, what necessary step should be taken.
My stress test refractory period of AP<350ms.

Now my age is 44yrs, weight is 77 kg, height is 5.10inchs.
Iam not diabetic, I have checked my cholesterol, its normal. I have no signs & symptoms, my pulse rate is normal(between 70-75 per mint.) but some times when I have some gastric or acidity problems, I feel some time of heart palpitation or some movement in that area, which I don't understand whether it is due to pre-excitation or gastric problems.

I am very much confused, please guide me, what should I do for understanding my condition.
