Please Help Tooth Infection
My sister has a tooth infection in lower right molar. Her periodontist has prescribed Doxycycline antibiotics because he believes that the infection may be due to a piece of food lodging in a gum pocket that is 4 mm deep. The nerve may or may not be dead. Periodontist is on vacation until January 5th.My sister was diagnosed with periodontal disease earlier this year. Root planing, scaling and antibiotic treatment successfully removed infection.
Two nights ago while dental flossing teeth my sister experienced intense pain around the gum of the affected molar and two teeth in front of it.
Gums were fiery red and painful to touch.
Yesterday she took 3 doses of Belladonna in wet dose, remedy succussed 6 times. She got some relief from the pain but inflammation is still present.
Today the pain persists since she awoke. The pain is nagging. Area around jaw bone hurts as well as underneath jaw. Tooth is not sensitive to hot or cold foods.
Can someone please recommend a remedy for her.

Please give her two doses of Silica 200c, 12 hrs apart and report back in 24 hrs.

Dear Fitness,
My sister took two doses of Silica 200C 12 hours apart as you recommended.
After taking first dose she had intermittent pain throughout the evening Christmas night.
Upon awakening this morning nagging pain started again.
Within 20 minutes of taking the second dose of Silica the pain went away.
It is evening now and there is mild aching pain and tenderness only when she cleans teeth by gently massaging the gums. My sister has a swollen lymph node under right jaw bone. There is redness around the lower molar with 4mm pocket and two teeth next to it. The inflammation has greatly reduced.
Thank you so much for your help. My sister is grateful. She celebrated her 57th birthday today pain free.
