Case for Evocationer - 60 year old woman with knee pain

My mother is 60 years old about 167. She has had knee problems / arthiritis for about 10 years on left knee and 3 years for right knee. She is 5 feet tall. The left knee towards the inside is really hurting her for few months now. She describes the pain as pinching pain. If she is lying down with straight leg she is fine but as soon as she tries to shift the leg it gets really stiff and it takes her really long to get out of bed. She uses the cane to help herself out of bed in the morning. After her body warms up it gets a bit better. She has cramps along with knee pain on the right leg. The right leg cramping is behind the leg and behind the tigh area. Her right foot two toes bend and stiffen and she has to massage them to release the tenseness. It is the third and forth toe of the right foot. Right hand the third and forth finger also has some pain. Her body swells up when she is tired and constipated. Please advice on her problem. She feels like her joints in her knees get really stiff along with the pain. Right knee the cartilage bone used to rub with eachother and caused extreme pain but with meds it has reduced to half.
Please advice what she should do.
