testicular swelling and pian with exessive desire to msturbate
I am 27 years old, and for past 8-10 years I am masturbating regularly, my penis size is very small and I have become impotent . two years ago I stopped it for more than one year .I am very active physically, I do running I do light weight training and a lot of cycling . but from last year I am again unable to control myself and am again doing masturbation almost daily and last year i felt a pain in my left testicular , I opted for alopathy, doctor suggested me to go for ultrasound but I avoided because I felt shameful due to small penis size. that alopathy did not worked then i researched for homeopathy and I took Arnica and pulsitula ( I may be wrong in spellings) it gave me relief but swelling remained and sometimes pain also, I am still very active physically but this testicular pain in left boll is still there and my left ball is bigger than right ball. I am very shy I can not contact any physician directly so please help me out . for masturbation habit I have started to take Ustilago maydis 6CH from one week.I wear supportive undergarment so it does not pain all the day and I am very comfortable in physical exercise, but when my balls hang free then there is pain . and the pain is mild . now for the past one year I am not taking any fat in my diet and my cheeks are struck inword.
pLease suggest some treatment .

Sir, I have taken Stap for three days now, in terms of pain now I am felt much better for two days but today again there is some pain but the swelling is same as it was earlier.
also my mouth is sore now. now tell me sir what course to follow now . it takes 5-6 days for the medicine to reach me, so should i continue to take stap till my new medicine reaches me .

sir I have one major problem, sir my mind has become very dirty, I mean whenever I saw any beautiful girl ( any beautiful girl, even my cousins or sometime even girl child) my mind has a dirty feeling, I try my best to divert my attention but my mind again and again think only about her body her vagina . Flouric acid 30 three times for five days .whitechestnut, walnut ,cherryplum bach flower two dropa each in two table spoon of water three times daily for one month.Think healthy live healthy and donot live alone .

Can I start it right now or wait till I am taking Stap. as you earlier told me to take only stap ant stop all other medicines. If you say I should start it right now then please tell me that should I take Flouric acid 30 only for five days , or after five days i should report to you for further instructions. Sir please tel me that all the other three liquids you have suggested me to take with water, should I mix them all in water simultaneously or Should I take them separately. Also sir, please tell me about Ustilago , as I told it earlier that I have this with me for my masturbation problem .Please do not mind my questioning . You can start now and bach flower after one hour of meal .You can mix two drops each in two table spoon all three.

I am sorry but I am not able to find Flouric acid 30 , is there any other name or alternative or any other substitute. Sir there is a medicine named Acidum Fluoricum

Sir you asked me to report after five days of taking STAP. Sir today early morning I had night fall, for last two three days I was feeling lustful again , my mind was inclined to watch porn but I controlled my mind , but the night fall made to feel again that I am a looser . Since you told me that my dirty feeling can be cured I was very exicted and feeling confident and no bad feeling was coming to my mind .But for the past three days I was aagain feeling eager desire to watch porn, but I was determined not to watch it and I was successful also but that night fall made me feeling ashamed again .

Staphysagaria you can take weekly one dose for one month.flouric acid dose is same as staphysagaria.

But sir, last night also I had night fall . it is second time in last 20-22 days .

Sir there is not pain at all in my testicles and my mind is very much clean now, tooooo much improvement .
Sir, sometimes my testicles are round and bulky( normal) but sometimes these appear like hanging loose, is it normal, because I never noticed before or I do not remember as my pain started in early 2013 .I am very much thankful to you as there is no pain and I do not think bad for girls .

Sir, my cheeks are sunk in, I( guess due to excessive masturbation , but now I have stopped masturbation.
Sir, is there any way to make my cheeks back to normal again.
I am taking very low diet for the past one year, very very low diet. That is not due to any physical problem but a personal reason, SIr please suggest any remedy so that my cheeks may again become normal fluffy .
