Help : severe dryness in right eye
Please help me. I have severe dryness in my right eye. Left eye is fine.-much worse on waking
-worse in cold winds
-ONLY IN RIGHT EYE
-solid granule like deposits on eye corners on waking
-even on crying, mush less water is released from right eye
-less water during yawning also
24 yo; having problem for 5 years now
I am worried why it is only in one eye adn its very troublesome
3 incidences may have caused it:
- had measles (should affect both eye)
- used DHT blocker ((should affect both eye)
finestaride for some time
- once a fly entered my eye, I could only get it out after 2 days(may have caused blocakge)
One more thing, whenever I try to swallow food, I feed like I am using only the left side of my throat, the right side seems unused

Take one dose only Causticum 30 and see if it solves the problem. Otherwise detaled case taking will be necessary.
