Myopia

Hi,
I am male 36 with -3.25 eye glasses and I want to improve my vision. I am taking GHR28 to improve my vision, 3 times a day with 25 drops each time in a little water. Can you please let me know:
1) How long I should take GHR28?
2) How long it will take to improve my vision?
