Menstral

I have been on my menstral for about 9 days now and since saturday the 10th of Dec i have been passing a lot of clots and the bleeding is much heavier. I did fall so i am wondering if this may have caused the clots to pass. i am not in any pain at all.

if the bleeding is without pain then try FERRUM METALLICUM 30. after every 4 hours, for only 1 day then report.
