Acrophobia
I am 27 year old male.I am very shy and talk little.
I am extremely afraid of heights . whenever I go go to any hight I am like dumb, I can not balance myself, I can't even move my neck to see arround, I feel that If I do this I wil lose my balance and will fall down. I really feel that I can't move, my feet become much heavy . I want to get rid of this phobia and have tried many times to go to hight and face my fear but every time I have tu surrender and I feel very angry after that. Sometimes I have dreams abut hights and in dreams also I am afraid of heights.
I am physically very active. well built.
i am having this problem since my early childhood, I mean since my memory goes back.
