Pinkeye in the broken nose kid
Hi-I was getting help with my one yr old with the one year old w/ the broken nose and I started giving him the reccommended arnica and symphytum.
But I stopped 2 days ago because he got pinkeye/conjunctivitis. Perhaps I should have kept going? I've been giving him aconitum which seemed to help at first but not anymore. Is it better at this point to get back to the arnica and symphytum or give him something else for the pinkeye, or wait altogether?
Here are his pinkeye symptoms:
came on really suddenly mid-morning (yesterday).
Started in left eye, moved to the right.
Eye is red, teary, swollen lid.
Cheek that corresponds to the eye is inflames and splotchy.
Wants to be constantly held.
Sensitive to light.
Last night he seemed happier squinting hard repeatedly.

P.S. Original symptoms:He is:
big for his age
fair complexion
seems not to learn from mistakes (falling from chairs, for example)
hits ppl and things with his head if he gets upset
When he cries out of real sadness or pain his eyes get really dark and *full* of tears
emotionally he likes to be connected to ppl- simple eye contact goes a long way
demanding and gets into everything, but I think that's normal 1 yr old stuff
likes to sing
likes to put things away (dishes, etc)
can eat lots of food, especially bananas, but often will reject healthy fare

Hi-
I tried the arsenicum album on him for 3 days and it didn't seem to help. I finally wanted to use aromatherapy and other things on him, which helped alot but not enough. So I started giving him allium cepa bc his nose was now running and burning his nostrils and his eyes were watery. His eyes and his nose now look great (still has a little boogers). He still has a the cough- it sounds very productive but doesn't seem to be going away.
There's my update. Thanks for helping me, and thanks if you have any further ideas!
