Chilblains

Hello,
My name is Simran and I am looking for some advise and remedy from a homeopath for Chilblains. Homepathy has suited my very well in the past for various conditions.

I have had blisters on my hands and feet for more than four years. These blisters appear in winter and get better during summer. The blisters have inflammation, are puffy and painful. ( see photo attached). Initially I started by having these blisters on bottom of my feet around the toes. Then the following winter I had more on my fingers on the side on the palm. This year I have them on my toes but mostly on hands around the knuckles. I went to see a dermatologist today and he told me that these are Chilblains and there is no treatment in allopathy.

Please let me know if there is a treatment in homepathy.

Sensation as pain, how pain
feels or burn etc.
These chilblains are painful to touch, they have swelling and appear red in color. After a few weeks, they have a sensation of burnt skin where I don't have much feeling but it feels like a blistry feeling. When my hands get too hot the chilblains start getting itchy.

I live in a very cold place and this year the winter is brutal. We have temperatures drop to 20-30 degrees Fahrenheit below zero. Also stress could be a possible contributor.

d)How you are satisfied with
your sex life, friends, family
members, company etc.
My husband went astray and had an extra marital affair that I found out last year. My sex life has been turned off due to it. Even now I am not on talking terms with my husband. We still live in the same house with minimal interaction.

Wake up in the middle of the night to drink water due to excessive dry mouth at night. I prefer to sleep on the left side of my body. I like to cover my face sometimes when I have difficulty falling asleep after waking up in the middle of the night. It is cold here so I keep the windows closed.
I did not see any common dreams, I rarely see dreams.

13. Sweat

Closed rooms are fine with me.

a)The quality of the patient's
life in relationship to loved
ones, family, friends and
colleagues. Overall quality of
energy available to function
in daily life, and under
various circumstances.
I have lost my parents and that was a major setback for me. Now with my husband going astray, my only hope and reason to live are my two kids. I feel sad inside but do not cry for the sake of my kids. I try to stay strong in front of my kids. I only cry when I am alone.
My energy levels are good. I have been managing my home, work and kids life as a single parent. I do get very tired by he end of the day, but my kids offer me support when they see that I am tired.

patient's life-grief, major
financial losses separation
from loved ones, death,

eg: Animals, people, being
alone, darkness, death,
disease, robbers, thunder,

e)Are you anxious about
anything: if yes, give details.
I am very stressed and anxious about my husband's behavior. Just 3 weeks ago my husband left the other women and decided to come back to the family. At that time it seemed that he realized his mistake. But after his return, his behavior is weird. He is still very secretive and dies not want to share anything with me. He asked me to leave him alone. He says he is in a lot of pain and does not want to talk to me. At times he is very angry at me, for no reason. react. Does it cause hatred/

i)Does your pride get hurt
easily.
Yes. I am a no nonsense person. I do not like taking blames for things that I did not do.

reason/circumstances.

problems.
I have shared these issues with my in-laws, who are very supportive to me. But after so many months of sharing I feel that thee is not much that they can do since my husband has stopped talking to them.

Sometimes it calms me down whereas at other times it makes me feel more miserable.

suicidal when? How.
No

n)Memory- quality if poor, for
what ( eg. Names, places,

of weeping, ie, does it make
you worse or better.
I weep easily. It is my way of venting out anger and frustration.

p)Are you easily irritated.

q)Are you destructive.
No

r)How good are you in
making decisions.
I am effectively able to make everyday decisions. But the decision of whether I should divorce my husband or forgive him is a really tough one. I still love him and I feel that it would be good if he were to come back to his senses and we could be a happy family once again.

s)Do you like company or like
to remain alone.
I prefer to stay alone or just with my family. I am not a party person. Though I go to get-together a those are occasional.

affected by disorder and
uncleanness in your
surroundings.

I like to keep my house and surrounding clean. I get irritated if I see my house messy.

u)How does failure appear to
you?
Failure definitely makes me upset, but I try to learn from it and move on and try to be cautious next time.

v)Are there any matters that
you deeply dislike?
I dislike when my husband does not abide to simple rules of the house, like
-no meat in the house on Tuesday
-clean the bathroom after shower
-do things in time, do not wait for the last minute

w)What activities you deeply
like? How does it affect your
mood?
- I like cleaning, shopping, being with my girls, doing small things for them. Small joys of my kids make me super happy.

x)Are you affectionate? How
does others sorrow affect
you?
Yes, I am very affectionate. I feel sad for other people.

y)Any present fears in your
life or future.
Just the direction of my family life, which is unclear at this time.

z)Any present life or future

Hello,
I took Petroleum 30c as prescribed on February 24 &25.
Since then, I have noticed that my inflammation of chilblains is gone. My chilblains have dried out a lot.

My stools improved on the day following the medication, but today they were again back to kind of loose.
Please recommend if I should repeat any medication.
Thank you,
Simran.

I took another dose of Petroleum 30c on Feb 27. Most of my earlier chilblains are better now, though they did leave a few dry skin patches.
For the last two days I have noticed three new chilblain blisters appear on my fingers.

My stools are a bit more formed now than before. They are still loose sometimes but not everyday.

Please recommend if any medicine needs to be repeated.
Thank you,
Simran.

order 10m, how are your chilblains

0antivirus0 8 years ago
My chilblains are better. The weather is warm now and my chilblains don't bother me in summer.
I will order 10m but it sometimes takes more than a week to get the medicine. Should I take 1m or wait for a week till I get 10 m?

Another question: I will be traveling to India with my 8 year old twin girls end of June. I will be in India for 6 weeks. Could you suggest any homeopathic meds that I should plan to take with me for heatstroke, diarrhea, vomiting, flu, migraines etc?

Simran.
