Flu Like Symptoms..?

Hi,
I have mild headache and feel my nose is a bit full (No running nose or no nasal discharge). I dont have cough, sneeze or body ache. These days swine flu is on the rise in India so just wanted to know what I can do to prevent or get rid of the symptoms. Should I take Ars Alb 30C or would you recommend any other medicine..?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Gelsemium 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects. It should also help as a preventive.
