Acne Oily skin

hey ,

i'm 22yrs old, and i have really had oly skin and some scars from acne, i have tried this product called proactive didn't help me . When ever i shave i get open pours and by next morning black heads . really bad :( i'm tired of this oily skin i have tired face wash's nuthing helps . IS there something i can do abt this thank you for reading

i have oily skin too and am wondering if it is hormonal or environmental mostly. it is more dry in the winter, and gets a lot more oily in the summer and warmer months. is this common? i am 21 and don't want to be oily when i am older. i don't want to overdry it with certain medications or acids from the store. i am 21, a female, and from new york.
