Remedy for thickenend utreus wall(endometrium)

I am in premenopause stage aged 53, recently got spotting after no periods for about 8 months. On scanning the abdomen, the physician said the thickness of wall has increased and is 9mm. And also fibroid is present. I need a remedy with Homeopathy.
Regarding History: 25 years before i underwent surgery for lypoma. and 3 years before surgery in left hand. I have 3 children in normal delivery.Kindly, suggest apt remedy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Lachesis 30 every alternate day for 20 days and see how that affects over 30 days. You should take 10 doses over 20 days and then report back after 10 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

It won't. Rather it should address problems at mental plane too.

Lachesis should help you at both mental and physical planes. So please go ahead and take Lachesis as advised.
