menstrual cramps
Hello,I am 25yrs old unmarried girl. I experience pain in abdomen accompanied by dizziness. My feet and hands turn cold. I like to sleep covered even during summers. Rest everything is fine that is my cycle, hb counts and clotting is normal. I get some relief by taking an allopathic med Dexpure-d for acidity and gastric problem. Plz,suggest a homeopathic medicine for my problem.
