plz help me

Hi,
I have navel displacment problem from when i was 12 years. And now i am 24 year.
It goes upwards to left side & i feel pain left site of my body, vomiting , lose motion ect...
To cure it I take Malish and exercises but i feel better for temporary period.
I am really very tired from this problem
Plz help me

u can get tabacum 200c in any homeopathy store nearby .
