[HELP] Eyelid growth

Hi there! 8 months ago I discovered (by touching) a tiny "growth" in my left down eyelid. its not noticeable by naked eye, only to touch. there are no pain (excepted that I remember having a little discomfort at this spot a week or two before I noticed the growth)... no swelling. its "quite" ferm, but not "stony" but its kinda indurated. I tried a lot of things to get rid of. Hot water compresses... epsom salt compresses, fish oil suplement, accute ricin (castor)oil compresses and applications+massage, ginger juice, I also tried staphysagria but not in a looooong period of time. But here I am.... nothing seemed to work excepted at the "beginning" I was trying few things so I can't really know what really did this but.. the edge of my lid became a bit painfull and a little "white head" formed at my "meibomian gland opening" and 2-3 days later, it was out (like a zit) I continued the hot compresses (epsom salt or oil, I don't remember) and trying to get the whole "growth" to disapear.. (because it did not change anything with this first issue) But there was no more "drainning" process...

After all those things, I don't really know what to do... give a second try to staphysagria for a long period of time? Try another homeopathy remedy? Please, I need some help... This thing don't affect my eye and its not apparent but I want to get rid of it without surgery... Please.. help me.. Thanks in advence for those who will take some time for my problem.
