vericose veins

patient with large vericose veins on right lower extremities, engorged veins, slightly bluish in colour, but no symptoms of pain or numbness. pt complaints of slight pain only on long standing. she had taken allopathic injections for vericose few years back. which remedy can be given to make the veins shrink and restore to normal size, and at which dosage and potency?.
