hypertension and mild left ventricular hypertrophy

My 37 year old husband is suffering from hypertension. His b/p is always in the range 140/85. 7-8 months back his echo showed mild concentric left ventricular hypertrophy. He is also having frequent episodes of migraine since last one year. The frequency is at least twice a week. He has tried sibelium for this but to no avail. Now I feel may be there is a connection between his heart condition and headache..we also have tried two homeopaths but nothing seems to help. Currently he is under no allopathic medication apart from naxdom which he takes on sos basis.
Please help if there is some hope in homeopathy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I can try to find a suitable remedy for you. Before doing that, please click on my username to know about me & my prescription skills. Once you have done that, I will post my standard questionnaire.

Your husband has to reply directly instead of you.
