morning sickness

I am pregnant for the second time, (I lost the first pregnancy in the 14th week), with both pregnancies I have suffered terrible morning sickness all day and night, from week 7 til about week 13. Eating is very difficult and does little to alleviate the symptoms. I have tried both Colchicum and Sepia with no results. I am currently in my 8th week and hoping to find something to alleviate this next month of nausea.
