suffering with stammering i am 23 years old

please suggest the best medicine for stammering.i am unable to talk any language fluency and little bit fast and some times my words take 4 to 5 time

yes in my childhood so many words i cant speak properly.
now it is good but i am unable to speak fluency

they were well talkative but one of my paternal uncle not a good talkative.

Unfortunately, imo, your case will not benefit from homeopathy. You can contact a speech therapist who can advise you.
