I would first of all suggest that you should not take so many remedies at the same time.That will only complicate the matter.Stop taking all the medicines that you have been taking.Take China 6 two drops morning, afternoon and evening for a week.After that take Agnus Castus 200 one dose viz. two drops and wait for 10 days.Then report.
