protruding piles
siri have been suffering from pilessince 10 yrs almost.once i got operated for that .but after a brief period it started occurring gain and till today i am victim of it.
i have a degree third piles .when i defecate something protrudes beneath anus sometimes it bleeds and sometimes it pains.i have to push up that lump to go inside.i am 40 years old man.my job is sedentry type.
i want remedy suggestions in homeopathy as i have no faith in surgery now.most oftenly i dont have constipation.plz help me .looking forward for your positive response.

you have not gave enough symptoms,
please describe, kind and colour of blood,burning? when it worse, before, during or after stool? and which thing give relief, for excample, cold water, heat.
also tell how is your diet, and how is your thirst, any kind of itching.
Untill then take homeopathic medicine MUCUNA Q, only 1 drop in some water, thrice a day, for 2 or 3 days, then report.

thanks for ur kind attention.
the colour of blood is deep red and normally it happens during passing stool.there is burning sensation during passing stool and after stool.it is worse during stool.when stool is to pass something protrudes and it remains as it is unless is pushed inside by finger.after stool burning persist for a few minutes then gradually pain vanishes.
cold water certainly gives some relief but i have not tried heat.
regarding my diet i try to have balanced diet which includes rice ,pulses,roti,green vegetables,milk n milk products very oftenly and sometimes chicken n fish four times in a month.
my thirst is normal .i do drink a lot of water before and after lunch or dinner .but of late ,in this season (winter)my thirst has decreased,though i try to have it oftenly.
there is certainly itching after stool.but i never felt any itching before stool.
one thing i would like to tell you that my bleeding is not always.it is periodic.it bleeds 5 to 6 days then stops bleeding.but protruding never stops.it is always there.some lump comes out of my rectum and i have to push it up after defecating.
anymore information u need ,i would provide u so that u can take appropriate decision.
