This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Evocationer will evaluate that on your other thread.

But you have to give a clear description of
your situation bc your situation is not the
normal one that is usually on this forum.

For instance, we had a person after childbirth, in
danger of dying to allopaths not being able to
stop internal bleeding. The patients husband knew
enough about this forum that he emailed Maheeru
on here, who is rarely on here anymore, and luckily
he saw the email and advised a dose of Lachesis,
which stopped the bleeding and the patient was fine.
This is not a good place to get emergency help though.

--------

You need to list what is going on with you that is
the priority, while you are in hospital.

1. The air in the lung.
2.Pneumonia

Then on to the other things.

That is one method of treatment definitely. The important thing is always to assess what needs to be treated first, and to make sure the remedy covers the general state of the patient at that time. You may or may not want to treat a layer separately - it depends on the specifics of the case and patient.

It is particularly important, though, to know when looking at the case in terms of layers will help, and when it will not. There is a method of treating Autism which is being used a lot at the moment which does this without any regard for what the individual needs, and it is causing terrible problems and side effects.

Evactioner when using miasms and clearing nosodes what are the lowest potencies one can get away with? i read not to use medorrhinum in. 6c...but if this is constitutional and a miasm what would be appripriate for a highly sensitive and pathological indidivudal?

Potency is selected for each individual based on a number of factors. Those factors would need to be investigated and examined to see what potency is best indicated.

I don't use nosodes at all unless they are indicated by the general state of the patient, and I always use the potency that patient appears to need based on the whole situation. I don't use them to 'clear' as such as I don't believe in this. Nosodes can actually be quite dangerous if not used correctly, as they might activate latent pathology if you are not careful.

I also use Miasm in the way that Dr. Hahnemann advised us to - as part of the whole chronic picture. So it is generally part of any chronic treatment I do, rather than something I look at separately.

Potency typically isn't decided on the basis of the sensitivity of the patient - that quality instead would decide the dosage. Sensitive patients should be given less of the medicine, less frequent doses, more diluted doses.

Potency selection is definitely influenced by the amount of pathological changes (changes to the tissues or organs). In such cases you would avoid high potencies (over 200c) and really you would stick to lower ones (12-30c) in the beginning at least.

I always test out the potency on the patient at the start if I am concerned about possible aggravations. One dose, and wait a few days - see what happens. If there is a lot of tissue change in the organs, make that a low potency - 6c, 12c, LM1, LM2 - and watch for an overreaction. Go cautiously, repeat one more dose and wait a few days - get a feel for how things are going to go.

In terms of the lowest potency - I would not use anything below 6c myself. 12c is the point at which no physical substance is left in the medicine, so this is really the safest low potency.

If the remedy is well indicated by the peculiar symptoms in the case, the general symptoms, and especially the mental ones, you can often go quite high - taking into account these things (which would indicated going lower):

1. Degree or extent of tissue changes looking especially at the organs
2. Amount of suppression or control of symptoms with medication, especially keeping in mind the length of time this has occurred
3. History of overreaction to dynamic medications

I was perscribed 1M or thuja and 1M of medorrhinum by two homeopaths. im very sensitive and very reacted. medorrhinum was on a 'constitutoonal' AND miasmatic factor. thuja was constitutional.

i have weakness and fear of med...the sinus and post nasal drip of thuja...constantly changing symptoms and states as med...secrecy and intuition of thuja...tightness of scalp and neck issues of med.

but 1M is wayyyy to high of either i think. o ovwrreact to LM1 and 30c. arnica1m after surgery was ok but i was all drugged up and most likely antidoted.

so, the basis of my ' never well since 2011...constantly changing symptoms and states...points to nosodes i read.

1M is very high, this is true, and without knowing WHY you are overreacting I would be pretty cautious about using high potencies.

Nosodes are indicated for many reasons, but 'never well since' and 'constantly changing symptoms' are not indicators specifically for them. In fact many other remedies have these as indications so it wouldn't lead you to any particular remedy or group of remedies.

Let me have a look at the case you have presented in your other thread, and I might be able to give you a bit more specific advice.
