Veternarian homeopathic advice needed for dog

Hello my 2 yr old shihtzu poodle mix,Luna has had a pain on and off in the neck area causing the rest of her torso to stiffin up till she gets going. Early Jan I brought her to the vet and she was xrayed. She had something in her throat that resembled a small stick or what my vet said looked almost like a staple? She was also running slight temp at the time which he said could have been brought on by stress. He gave her an antibiotic. I gave her silica and arnica myself. The next day she was re x rayed and the object was not there. She eventually healed up over the week from this 1st episode. Last week she started to have the pain again. My vet now thinks it is a nerve pain, based on his examine and how she has reacted to pain med (dog ibuprofen) and muscle relaxers this past week. She seems stiff overall after getting up from sleep. Tends to walk to the side her neck leaning more to right side. Will sometimes react with a quick yelp it touched around cheek area ..sometimes not? She seems to anticipate pain ahead of time. Quick movement will sometimes bring about pain if she trys to lurch quickly at something or gets over excited but I do notice that she can put her paws up to my leg and stretch not showing pain? She eats well wants to play but with apprehension. We have her sister dog that senses something and knows her limits of play. Amazingly enough she will for a treat sit, laydown give you her paw and roll over? Never crying out. She can be the more timid of the 2 dogs backing off from something or someone first or loud noises can rattle her as in a plate dropping. Overall loves people. Now if I can only get the right remedy that would aide in this neck problem. I want to add that her ears were checked and there were no signs of infection nor has she had any past prblms with her ears. Thank you for whatever info you can provide. Liz

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her rhus tox and see how she responds. Later silicea may be given if needed.
