Chronic Epididymitis, Pulsatilla dosage?

Hello my name is Zach, I am a 22 year old male who has suffered from chronic epididymitis in both testicles for about 5 months now. I also have a large varicocele in my left testicle that has been there for a good year or so, maybe even longer, but hasn't caused me issues up until the past 5 months or so. I have seen a Urologist several times and have been on 3 different courses of antibiotics, 1 for 10 days, another for 2 weeks, and the most recent for 1 month (started February 20th) and currently still taking (Bactrim). While the antibiotics have diminished the epididymitis slightly and alot of pain has gone away, the swelling is still present and I get occasional flare ups, mostly in times of stress. I also have been taking 400mg of Ibuprofen every 12 hours to help the inflammation. However I feel when I'm done with the antibiotics, the epididymitis will come back like it did with the first two courses. Thats when I started looking at homeopathic medicine. I read around and found Pulsatilla might be able to help my condition. I contacted my urologist and he didn't know much about Pulsatilla or hemeopathics but did his own research and said that I could take it with the antibiotics and wont have any interaction. I purchased Boiron 30c Pulsatilla pills but have yet to take any because I don't know what dosage to take. On the bottle is says take 5 tablets 3 times a day. I would like to hear from someone on how I should go about taking Pulsatilla to see if it will help my Epididymitis at all. On a side note, I have suffered from anxiety also for years. Recently, starting September of 2014, I have worked on recovering and have improved greatly. I still worry a lot and have been trying to stop that also, though I believe that low testosterone from my varicocele is partially to blame, which I can't get taken care of while I'm currently being treated for epididymitis. I have stressed a lot recently in the past months mainly about school, work, anxiety and other things that may have contributed to my Epididymitis. If someone could please maybe enlighten me on the subject of Pulsatilla dosing and chronic epididymitis, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi- people rarely can find the remedy that matches them
on chronic issues like you have.

The best option is to see a homeopath in person, and they
take your case. Your mental, emotional, physical, and what
makes you feel better/worse, your thermal preferences, eating
and thirst and sleep etc are all noted to get what is called
your "totality". You could have 10 people with variocele and
epididymitis and they would all have a different remedy that
cures them bc none of them would have the same totality.
This is not like allopathy, where you have x so you take Y.

When the remedy is a good match for your totality, it
is similar to what is already going on. The body will not
allow two similar things to go on at the same time, so the
body will react by raising your life force to clear all
imbalance. It does this in a certain order ( google Herings
law of cure)

You don't know enough to figure out your totality, and homeopaths go to other homeopaths bc no one is really
neutral enough to observe themselves to choose the correct
remedy. After that, there is the decisions on what potency
to begin with and how many doses, and when to stop and start,
and you need supervision on this. The remedy is just a catalyst
for the life force to do the work- to be a good catalyst it has
to be the right match.

If you want options of good homeopaths in your area, let me
know your city/country and I can give you some experienced
people to chose from. Some homeopaths will work using skype
or the phone also.

You can put your case online here, but online is the least
best way to do this.

Hi Zach,

I spent some time on looking over people.

I think you should have a male homeopath and it is very important
that you get someone who has the experience levels needed.
My take on that, is Why waste time, find the best person with
experience, good reviews, and that you resonate with.

There is no one in Indiana, and no one I would go to in Ohio.

So you are going to have to do Skype or phone consult.

My first choice is to connect with Dr. Todd Rowe-Desert Institute
of Homeopathy. You can message him on Linked In. I don't know if he
does Skype, phone or still taking on cases- but he would certainly
be able to refer you to someone he thinks is capable. He is very
well known and liked.--

Dr. Todd Rowe is a licensed homeopathic physician who has been practicing homeopathy for over 25 years and has a full time practice in classical homeopathy. He is certified by the American Board of Homeotherapeutics and the Council for Homeopathic Certification. Dr. Rowe teaches extensively. He is the president of the American Medical College of Homeopathy. He supervises homeopathic students and trains medical students and residents in classical homeopathy. He is the director of the American Medical College of Homeopathy Medical Center. He has published several distance learning courses designed to help prepare physicians for first aid and acute prescribing, as well as preparing for homeopathic licensing exams. He has written several books on homeopathic education, including Homeopathic Methodology, The Homeopathic Journey, and Choosing a Career in Homeopathic Medicine.

Here is another person-

in the homeopathic community.

If these don't work out for some reason, let me know-but they are capable of healing you.

Best,

Simone
