adhd and odd

My son 8 years old was diagnosed with adhd and now shows signs of odd too. He is not under medication and is under weight and height for his age.
Signs of concern are:
1.Lack of focus. Doesnt sit in school , especially while writing.
2. Roams in the class and disturbs other kids by acting silly .
3. At home is very irritable and screams excessively and uses abusive words and is aggressive. Blames others for everything and reacts before listening.
4. Till date eats very shabbily everywhere and scatters food and doesn't care about where he is.
5.Teases others and also gets bullied by other kids.
6. Never wishes anyone, not even a hi, no eye contact , to a visitor or a relative. No manners.
7. Loses many of his things on a daily basis and forgets to bring or give his school books.
8. Cannot tie his shoe lace yet, .
9. Lies to us or hides many things.
10. Very very fussy eater, his lunch box and water comes back the way it is sent no matter what..sometimes ,junk food works, but i try to avoid it.
11. Very impulsive and keeps fidgetting.

Can any one suggest some treatment ,looking to control his irritaion/anger/abusive language ,impulsiveness and improve focus first.

1. Hunger is normal but somehow he eats very less and only if he likes the food, especially at school. But feeding helps. He says he is thirsty but I have notices he drinks less water. He would be thirsty and still would be playing out in sun without water.
He has been passing motion normally, twice or sometimes thrice. Urine is normal.

2.He likes both. But I have notices he wouldnt need blanket even when it is really cold but not always.
3. Normal pregnancy and delivery. no problems.
4.No such history.
5.No peculiar habit. He does dig his nose and eat .But I have seen few other kids doing so.
6.No disease.
7.No disease.

8. He has not exhbited fear towards anything. We have no pets, even if he sees one he likes them but he usually doesnt cuddle them .
Infact he is not scared or cautious about things which usually need caution like going to the edge of the cliff, or balcony wall, or handling sharp knives, etc. Though he knows,he doesn't sense the danger involved.
9. Nothing . Had chicken pox once . And had tonsills infections, but got tonsills and adenoids removed a year and a half back and now no infections.
10.He likes roti and masala subzi/curries/ junk/oily food. likes biscuits and candies. doesnt like rice porridge which he used to drink as a preschooler. Now he throws up at the very smell of it. Doesn't like apples/ Sambar.

11. He used to hate music or atleast say so. Now he likes western songs. Melodious or peppy. Sings them too.
12.He doent respond in any unique way to thunderstorm.
But off late he screams excessively loud for small issues and throws tantrums

Give him two doses of NUX VOM 200C on a single day, each dose 30 minutes apart.

Let me know the change in his behavior in a week's time.

One dose would be 3 drops of remedy in 10 ml of water sipped up in clean mouth and empty stomach.

No food or drinks one hour before or after taking the dose.

everyday 2 doses or just two doses on one day and then wait and see?
