height to increase in puberty
sir i am 14 but i am 150 cm in am very short in my class compare to others please help by giving medicines that will make me groe tall up to 162-170 cm in 3 - 4 months please.sankethsunny on 2015-03-27

You can start doing exercises like stretching, swimming, cycling, etc as these exercises help to increase the heights. Also eat healthy and nutritious food. Only medicines will not help to increase your height.
If your problem is genetic it will less likely help you. However I have seen many young people with great height evenhough their parents are short height ed.
Frankly speaking there are no homeopathy medicines to increase the height. However homeopathy medicine will help to build your confidence level and other positive attributes.
