Constitutional Remedy for 7 year old son

My name is Bell. I am 30 and have three children. My oldest son is 7 1/2 years old.
Do to our families low income, I am unable to visit a professional. I believe in the power of homeopathy and have been positively effected by it myself.

I am writing in hopes of helping my son.

Appearance:
Fair, thin, tall, blue-eyed, blond hair

Sleep:
Fear of sleep, fears sleeping alone, sleeps well once asleep, eats in bed every night, always hungry even with filling dinner before bed, requires back scratched and head rubbed every night, has used Aconite Napellus successfully when sleepy but kept up by fears, can't fall asleep naturally before 11pm.

Activity:
Restless, always moving even when sitting, always seems to be "one step ahead of us", easily angers others unintentionally due to activity level and tone when talking. He can be rather blunt at times and can make others feel uncomfortable.
Disruptive in school due to continuous low noise making. "Sing-songy"
Perfectionist, but the type that does not try if he does not have confidence that he can excel. Is struggling in school.
Difficult to motivate and discipline. Contradictory at worst. Takes consequences very personally to the point of shaming himself. Believes at a young age that he will never change. Can be aggressive. Hands on.
"Freezes" during conflict. Rarely finishs work or task without some form of anxiety attack.
Has never really enjoyed toys that kids his age enjoy (trucks, legos).
He does like crafts and video games

Naturally compassionate, friendly, active, loving and eager to help.

Fears: Sleep, Dogs, Teenagers, failure, being alone, death of family

Diet:
Craves sweets, milk, cold drinks, warm milk, pickles, meat, seafood, tuna, avocado
Dislikes Spicy food, bell peppers, mango, raisins, likes but is upset by Chocolate - seems to increase hyperactivity

When sick:
Affectionate, still active, lethargic when really sick, commonly sinus infections with minor fever.
Never complains of stomach or headaches.

Other:
Occasionally cares about appearance, but mostly does not.
Fails to take care of teeth. Enjoys baths, but not to get clean. Habit of throwing objects unconsciously on the floor and using clothing as napkin.

Generally, has always been overactive, clingy, deep, loving, and oddly irritating. Does not fit clear stereotypes for ADHD though he could be on the spectrum.

Main concerns are helping him with sleep and overcoming fear of failure so he can complete tasks.

Thank you for your time.
Any other questions...?

There has been no change. Any other suggestions? Or would it be helpful to know anything else?
