Sir, I have following problems.I have Social phobia since many years.
I have anxiety before anything like going to marriage, going to college, class presentation.
I am always in hurry like walk in hurry, eating food in hurry, doing my work and study in hurry.
I have excited mind always. I have fickle mind always. I can not control my active mind.
Diarrhea and gas problem takes place before going in crowd, marriage or any other big function. My heartbeat increases when i go to college, big function etc
I have fear of making mistakes. There is trembling of hands all the time in social situation. I get nervous very easily. Whenever any friend or relative meets me accidentally, i lose my confidence. I can not make eye contact during conversation to anyone. I have fear of my seniors, teachers and HOD etc. I avoid these situations everyday.
I think people are observing my problems. My heartbeat increases when guests come at our home. I can not take my meal in group of friends.
I am very shy person. I am cowardice also. I have not confidence for facing social situations. When i start talking to anyone, my face muscles start trembling. I have fear of driving a bike, car etc. I have fear of my marriage also.
I have habit of repeated activities like checking alarm many times a day, see face in mirror many times etc
Please help me.
