bleeding caused by brillanta 90 given for stents

Respected gurus , My mother had a pace maker put in oct 2014 and also 3 stents put along with it. the doctor had given her brillanta 90 and ecosprin 75 as blood thinners . but there was bleeding caused which made her haemoglobin drop . so ecosprin 75 was replaced by stiloz 50.
Currently also she looses 1 gm haemoglobin every 10 days and has been admitted 3 times for blood transfusion.
I would request the doctor to change or stop this medicine its nearly 6 months now .
SInce the stents may clot coz of stopping this medicine ,
what should i do , i do not want her to suffer a heart attack coz of clotting around stents .
My mother is 75 years old has diabetes and is taking gluconorm 500 once in evening and thyrocare medicine 75 mg in morning .
any help would be appreciated by the gurus on this .
If more information is needed kindly let me know i will post more information .
We have done endoscopy colonoscopy ct scans but no ulcers are there , its the medicine brillanta 90 which is causing this fatal bleeding .
i would appreciate any help from the knowledgeable professionals here on this issue .
thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Carbo Veg 30 twice a day for 7 days and see how that affects.

If this doesn't help, give her Muriatic Acid 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 10 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
