weak memory

I have weak memory and i don't recollect any data after 1 or 2 days even i am unable to keep in my mind a new road way. I have anxiety disorder problems like fear,depression,tension,head burning,neck and head muscle tiredness and strain. Now i am taking treatment for anxiety,fear,depression and i want to know remedy for weak memory,head burning,neck and head muscle tiredness and strain... please help me out with the remedy.thanking you sir....
