Suffering from fissure
Hi,I am suffering from anal fissure since one and half years. It started from loose motion and i went for doctor and after taking alopathic medicine, i am suffering from this. It causes pain , itching in the anal area,. Sometime it causes blood also. From last two month blood not came after taking some ayurveda medicine like Triphala churna,abhyarishta and no spicy and fried or oily food. Please help so that i can recover from it permanently. One more thing i wnat to add that i am working in rotational shift environment.

Please answer the following questions:
1)Can you please explain what kind of pain do you get at anal region? Does it burns or pain?
2)When does the pain increase and what you do to ameliorate the pain?
3) Do u get pain before, after, or during passing stool?
4) Is there any pus at that region?

Hi Sir,
Please find my answers below by point.
1.Both burns and pain. Most of times it has pain and sometimes itching when ut is in normal condition.
2.Whenever take spicy or oily food. Sometimes it happens whole day but most of times it reduces and stopped in 1-3 Hrs.
3. After the stool and sometime when situation is critical the during the stool.
4. i think its not, but never checked. How can i check, pls. suggest.

Hi,
Take Aesculus 200 C 1 dose once a day on empty stomach for 2 days. Then report back in 3-4 days.
One dose means 4 pills to be taken only one time in a day (either in morning or evening).
If medicine is in liquid form,add 3 drops of liquid in 10 teaspoon of water and take 3 teaspoon out of that.
Let me know if you have any other query.
