having severe pain in left knee

I banged my left knee against the desk and having severe pain in left knee while I am walking, climbing and getting down the stairs
this occured around 5 days back, for past 2 days I am taking rhus tox 200, 3 times a day, with no relief in pain
Please help me, what medicine do I need to take
