A cystic lesion. in adnexal region i.e. a para ovarian cyst of size 10 cms.

This is about my daughter.
Age:- 14
Height: 5 ft 3 inches.
Weight:- 70 kg.

Rt Ovary : Not sonographically visualised. There is e/o a thin walled unilocular anechoic cyst of size ( 9.7 *9.0 cm) in adnexal region. No obvious septations / solid areas / calcifications.

She suffers from lower abdominal pain. She also feels pain in this para ovarian cyst place ie on the lower abdominal right side, continuous and some time the severe pain starts suddenly and goes after some time. She also feel vomitting sensation sometimes. First time we came to know about this when she was 11 yrs. old. Then it was 3.3 cms. Then later pcod also started. The cyst became 5cms big. Then we took homeopathic medicines and then the pcod problem was solved but after one yr the size grew upto 7 cms. We then went to local homeopathy doctor who gave other medicines and then now after two more years now when she is 14 yrs old. The cyst has grown to 10 * 9 cms. This cyst is above rt ovary in the adenaxal region but not in side the ovary. Our allopathy doctor told that this cyst will not go by its own but will grow and the exact determination of what kind of cyst is this where is its origin city scan is needed and she said that this is not a simple cyst but ct scan is needed and only surgery is the solution. We didn't go for that now.

About her menstruation periods:- while she takes homeo medicines the period comes in between 35 to 45 days. Or when we go to the doctor again then it comes earlier. Else if we stop the homeo medicines then first time it came after 35 days then later after 25 days then after 21 days then within 15 days then within a weak and it didn't stop when it became must to take Primolut- n tablets to stop bleeding.
Now she is on homeo medicines. We r prescribed Apin 30 and now Apin 70 and other medicine name we don't know which is given every fourth day to shrink the cyst. But we r taking these from past two yrs. but still it didnt shrink. He says that it will take some time and will definitely shrink within 6 months.

But through this forum I would like to know can this cyst really shrink? What can we do? If it can't go by homeopathy the we r planning for laproscopic surgery. But if there is any chance for it to go by the medicines can any one please suggest some good homeopathic medicines to shrink this cyst. Is this possible? Please help me in this respect. We r trying from past three years though it has not cured but I still have faith as I feel there may be some good medicines which may cure her. As my daughter is young and surgery may be risky, I want it to be treated with proper medicines. Can any one there who knows how to cure it kindly help me in this respect? I shall be very thank full to you. I would like to say again that this cyst is not ovarian or inside ovary but outside ovary. Please help me.
